1. The cost of referees for an exhibition game is the responsibility of the teams. Officials are to be paid directly by the teams, BEFORE THE GAME STARTS
2. Should you need to make changes or cancel this request, you will need to contact the Director of Officials as soon as possible (directorofofficials@airdrieringette.ca).
3. Any games that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the HOME TEAM is responsible for paying the officials.
4. You will be notified at least 24-48 hours prior to your game of the status of your request.
