We are in need of student volunteers for the ICA 2024 Annual Conference! 

*Must be a current graduate student 

Benefits of being a volunteer for the ICA Annual Conference are:

• Free conference registration: The volunteer coordinator will send a code for registration for volunteers that can be entered into the ICA website to register for the conference.
• Increased networking opportunities: The volunteers will have increased access to speaking with the ICA Board of Directors and ICA members that attend the conference. 

How it works:

• Volunteers will need to be available at 8 am on Friday, October 18 for a brief Volunteer Orientation and final assignment of rooms and tasks on the day(s) and time(s) assigned to help volunteer at the Annual Conference. 
• Volunteers will be assigned a room during a selected time slot based on the volunteer's time preference and availability and conference needs.  *Note: Volunteer moderators will be asked to help with two different time slots. We will do our best to accommodate your selected preferences. 
• Volunteers will be responsible for passing out any presentation materials, conference evaluations, and announcing the presenter at the beginning of the session time. 
• Volunteers will be responsible for keeping track of questions and coordinating with the presenter(s) on how they want to address questions throughout the presentation. 

Upon submission of the application, volunteers will receive more detailed guidelines in follow-up email communication. It is not guaranteed that those who apply to volunteer at the 2024 ICA Conference will be selected. Submissions will be considered in the order of application date.
