This event supports local non-profit organizations and raises funds and/or supplies for those organizations. In our inaugural year, we were able to provide over $3,000 in combined monetary donations and supplies to the organizations we were supporting!
New for 2024, vendors may choose to make a donation at the time of registration/invoicing. Those donations will be dedicated specifically to supporting our 2024 organizations. Participation is not required and will not impact your approval.

Vendor information:
-Vendor fee is $35 per 10ft x14ft outdoor space, multiple spaces can be reserved if desired.
-Spaces are approx 10 ft deep and 14 ft wide.
-Limited to 1 business/vendor per space. No sharing/splitting a space without prior authorization.
-Each vendor must have a canopy over their table. Canopies must be secured or weighted down.
-Booth fee is for the space only. Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, and chairs. No spaces will have electricity.
-No speakers, microphones, or amplified noisemaking displays will be allowed.
-Vendors can set up beginning at 7am, and must have all vehicles and trailers moved to the Mott parking lot across the street by 9:45am. We will have drivers shuttling vendors back to the church after moving vehicles across the street.
-Vendors must be cleaned up and vacated from the property by 5:30pm. Vendors are expected to clean up after themselves and may not leave any trash, boxes, or items behind.
