2024 Summer Craft & Vendor Fair | Application
Summer Craft Fair and Vendor Fair:

This event supports local non-profit organizations and raises funds and/or supplies for those organizations. In our inaugural year, we were able to provide over $3,000 in combined monetary donations and supplies to the organizations we were supporting! 
New for 2024, vendors may choose to make a donation at the time of registration/invoicing. Those donations will be dedicated specifically to supporting our 2024 organizations. Participation is not required and will not impact your approval.

Vendor information: 
-Vendor fee is $35 per 10ft x14ft outdoor space, multiple spaces can be reserved if desired.
-Spaces are approx 10 ft deep and 14 ft wide.
-Limited to 1 business/vendor per space. No sharing/splitting a space without prior authorization.
-Each vendor must have a canopy over their table. Canopies must be secured or weighted down.
-Booth fee is for the space only. Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, and chairs. No spaces will have electricity.
-No speakers, microphones, or amplified noisemaking displays will be allowed.
-Vendors can set up beginning at 7am, and must have all vehicles and trailers moved to the Mott parking lot across the street by 9:45am. We will have drivers shuttling vendors back to the church after moving vehicles across the street.
-Vendors must be cleaned up and vacated from the property by 5:30pm. Vendors are expected to clean up after themselves and may not leave any trash, boxes, or items behind.

I would like to make a monetary donation to directly support the participating 2024 organizations. Donations will be added to your invoice and itemized to indicate that it was a donation.

Note: These donations will count toward the Vendor Participation Appreciation Giveaway, to be announced once we finalize the organizations that will be participating.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFO:
1. Vendors are expected to have a covering for their spaces. 
2. This is a large show. While we do our best to diversify the vendors, we do not guarantee exclusivity in your specific craft. 
3. Vehicles will not be able to be driven to your space to unload and set up. We highly recommend bringing a wagon and/or physical help.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be communicated via a direct email, text, or phone call. Do not assume your cancellation was received/processed until you receive a reply. 
1. Cancellations prior to May 1st: Full refund, no penalty for future events.
2. Cancellations between May 1st & July 31st: 50% refund, no penalty for future events.
3. Cancellations between August 1st & August 25th: No refund, no penalty for future shows.
4. Cancellations between August 26th and August 30th: No refund, loss of priority approval for future events.
5. Cancellations the day of and/or No Shows: No refund and removal from our list for contact for future events.
