The NC Network of Math Teachers' Circles Summer Immersion Workshop 2024
Fill out this form to apply to participate in our 10th annual Math Teachers' Circle Summer Immersion.  This year's workshop is scheduled for Monday, July 8th - Wednesday, July 10th at the NCCAT Cullowhee Campus. We will begin on the morning of the 8th at 10:00am and end by 11:00am on the 10th.  This workshop is open to all teachers and participants of the following NC Math Teachers' Circles: Smoky Mountain, Blue Ridge, Central, High Country, or Foothills. New leadership teams interested in starting a Math Teachers' Circle in their area are also invited. If accepted to participate, all lodging, food, and materials will be provided at no cost. However, I am responsible for my travel costs to NCCAT- Cullowhee. *

If I am accepted but do not attend, it is my responsibility to notify workshop organizers no later than  Friday, June 14th.  If I fail to notify by this date, then I may be responsible for costs incurred (lodging, meals, materials). *

What size t-shirt do your prefer? *
Do you have any dietary restrictions?  (NCCAT can only accommodate dietary needs required by a medical condition, religious practice, or vegetarianism/veganism. Participants with such dietary needs will usually have plates labeled with their names at the meal. The staff at NCCAT tries their best to make everything tasty while meeting these needs. The dorms have full kitchens with full-size refrigerators. You can always bring supplementary food to our shared meals.)
