In accordance with Colorado law, The Academy Board has publicly posted its intent to make a selection for the CEO position. The law requires the Board to allow 14 days for public comment. This form is provided to meet that requirement.

Public comment shall be collected by the Academy Human Resources and forwarded without review directly to the Academy Board of Directors.
