Pinca is a brand dedicated to the wellbeing and creativity of teenagers. Through our products, community, and content, we aim to support youth between the ages of 10 and 16 to thrive.

We know LISTENING to their voices, EMPOWERING their dreams, and ACTIVATING their talents is key.

We too, need them. We can only do our best to serve them by knowing, directly from them, what they need and want. 

We wish to recruit a small group of TEEN BRAND ADVISORS and CONTENT CREATORS who will volunteer to provide us with their feedback on our brand and products, and help us create compelling content that can be shared on our platforms. 

In return, participants will learn and gain from:
  • Insights into start-up marketing and entrepreneurship
  • Seeing the impact of their feedback as consumers on a brand
  • Initiating important conversations online that support their peers
  • Help their parents, teachers and coaches to better support them
  • Share their messages with an audience
  • ...and occasional perks and freebies as a show of gratitude!
There are TWO types of contributions, and some may be interested / skilled at both:
Both require that your son or daughter be open to sharing their opinions and committed to contribute regularly (minimum monthly, but TBD).
  1. Brand Advisors: Review products, provide feedback on branding, share insights and opinions on what they want and need from a product, community, service perspective. 
  2. Content Creators: Sharing their stories. Interviewing peers, parents, teachers, coaches on topics of interest. Instagram/TikTok take overs. Product unboxing. Social experiments and more.

Please kindly note that an application does not guarantee a spot on the board, as we aim for diversity in age, gender, ethnicity, skill and more. Applications will be reviewed and we will communicate with you within a week.
