Due to limited space, enrollment for the 2023 T.R.E.K. Summer Experience is on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration window will close on either Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. or once we have received 160 camper registrations, whichever comes first. Please submit only one (1) registration per camper. Note: Duplicate registrations will be deleted.

Individual camp schedules during the experience will be created by lottery based on the camper's selected areas of interest. Each area of study is limited to 20 campers per day. We expect that all campers will attend all assigned sessions and experiences during the week.

Once you have submitted your registration, an email will be sent with additional information a few days following. In the email, a link will be provided to submit:

1. 'Waiver of Liability’ form

2. 'Photo Release' form

3. Instructions on submitting the $40.00, non-refundable camp fee. Completed forms and payments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023, to permanently hold a campers' spot for this year's summer experience.

Note:  Breakfast and lunch will not be served. Snacks will be provided daily. Bus transportation will not be available.
