After a very (very) long wait, Season 6 is finally here! RPL (RFW Pokemon League) is a draft league mainly consisting of people in the Race for Wool community and my friends.
This season we will be doing a point-based ubers draft in the Sun/Moon metagame. The draft will be a "slow" draft where coaches draft in a text channel over several days. The draft will occur next week starting Monday July 29th. Matches will be played on draft frontier on pokemon showdown. The regular season will only be 4 or 5 weeks long and will be played in August and early September. During the regular season coaches will play 2 matches a week. Please do not sign up for the league if you can not commit to playing 2 matches a week. Playoffs will be single-elimination and all matches will be best of 3.
In the coming days I will work on a google doc with a full draft board and rules on drafting and battling.
