With 1:1 training, I typically meet dancers via Zoom for a 1:1 session every 3 weeks for a total of 4 sessions.  Each 1:1 session provides a personalized program to follow between our sessions.  On a scale of 1 to 10, how committed are you to following the personalized workouts? *
