Luckenbach Food Truck Festival 2022-Artisan Vendor Application

Seeking vendors offering handmade, homegrown, vintage, and one-of-a-kind products. Also looking for cottage food vendors offering pickles, salsa, jams & jellys, spices, sauces, and more! (food items must be non-perishable, properly labeled, and in compliance with Texas cottage food laws)

When: Saturday, May 28th 11am-8pm
Where: 412 Luckenbach Town Loop, Fredericksburg, TX

•Luckenbach typically attracts over 2,000 visitors on a normal Saturday!
-extensive advertising will be done in Fredericksburg, Luckenbach and surrounding Hill Country in the form of* hand-distributed flyers, paid social media ads (Luckenbach has almost 200,000 FB followers!) local press releases, 3rd-party event websites like EventBrite and more! *You are encouraged to share with your customers, friends, and family as well.
•ALL PROCEEDS from vendor sales will belong to the vendor.
•No commissions will be assessed. Vendors are responsible for reporting earnings to IRS.

Filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot at this event. Each application will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. **We follow a non-competitive approach and will not book multiple vendors that over-represent one product or service.**

Booth spaces are 10x10. You must provide your own tent, tables, supplies, change, etc. No electricity available.

If accepted, the booth fee for this market is $60 and will need to be paid promptly in order to reserve your space.
