2nd Annual Poochie's Park Dog Jog Registration
Event Timing: December 3rd, 2022 - 9:30am to 2pm.   Dog Jog starts at 10:30am.

Your registration includes an original event t-shirt, dog bandana, medal, water bottle and park party free entrance.
Once the registrations is completed, no refunds will be offered.

Children under 12 years of age can accompany you for free (no event t-shirt will be provided). 
For any guest over the age of 12, please select one of the below passes (each pass includes event t-shirt, bandana, medal, water bottle and free entrance to the dog park party): 
Add an additional donation to help  homeless pets at Safe Animal Shelter- $
100% of donations will be given to the shelter for the care of pets in their custody.
How many dogs will you bring to the event? *
Only your dogs from your household can be listed on your registration. Only 2 dogs can be handled by one person/runner.

Event t-shirt is included with registration and guest pass fees. Please select your preferred unisex sizes and quantities.

Runners Check-in Day: 12/02/22 from 12pm-7pm at Poochie's Office Front Desk
If your dog(s) has never been to Poochies before, you must bring proof that vaccines are current.
*Late check-ins will be possible on Saturday, just for 1 hr. prior to the run start (9:15am-10:15am) at the dog park entrance.

If your dog(s) has been to Poochies before, please make sure your vaccination records are current in your account.
