The study will run eight weeks from August  1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and Sept 12, 19, 26 (8 weeks) Monday nights at 8 pm est/7 cst/6mst/5 pst. This is a virtual study that will meet via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom meeting information upon completion of this registration form.
