I agree, that if selected as a Manager, I will attend ALL Board Meetings during the season so that I may stay informed of all league policies, procedures and rules. Meetings are held on the first Sunday of every month. If I cannot attend, I will designate a team representative to take my place. I also acknowledge that, as team Manager, my failure to have a team representative present at these monthly meetings could result in disciplinary action, which may include a one-game suspension (as determined by the Board of Directors). *
