FY23 Room Reservations at the Markaz

Located on the second floor of the Nitery, The Markaz offers study, meeting and event space to individual students and student groups. Reservations are responded to on a first-come, first-serve basis, but Markaz affiliated Volunteer Student Organizations (MVSO) receive priority reservations.

THIS FORM IS TO BOOK SPACE AT THE MARKAZ

We have two available rooms: The Lounge and The Meeting Room. These rooms are available M-Sun, 8 am to midnight. Photos and descriptions here.

Before requesting, check current availability: Markaz Room Reservation Availability.

If you are planning an event in the Markaz Lobby, we strongly recommend you also book conference room 209 to decrease interruptions (foot traffic, sound, or otherwise.)

Please submit requests a week in advance of your event. We respond to requests within two to three business days to confirm your booking. Please note: Requests on Fridays may not be received until the following Monday.
