Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Support in client communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet hiring targets.
