Outside Show Permission Request - Theatre Area
Any student wanting to audition or work for a theatre outside of WSU productions is required to obtain permission from ALL of the Theatre Faculty/Staff. Please talk with an advisor listed below BEFORE submitting this form, that advisor will bring this request to all other faculty/staff.

           Theatre Ed/Generalist: Catherine Zublin
This form must be submitted and approved by all faculty/staff before the student auditions or accepts any position outside of the department. Accepting any position outside of the department without obtaining proper authorization will affect current and future tuition waiver qualifications. Outside production can no tina ny way affect participation in the department or the student's classwork.

You will be notified by your advisor of the faculty/staff's decision on this request. If the faculty and staff grant permission, it is given with the expectation that this production will not affect your classwork or your grades. If your grades drop significantly while doing an outside show, permission will not be given again.

*The faculty meets every Monday afternoon (except holidays). For quickest results speak with your advisor and have this form submitted BEFORE Monday at 12:00 pm.
