I would like a free tennis racquet!   Students may choose their racquet at in-person registration.  Racquets are generously provided for SNTA members by Racquets for All and the Colorado Youth Tennis Foundation.

Waiver and Release of Claims  

The Undersigned agrees and understands that students will attend classes at his/her/their own risk.  The Steven Nash Tennis Academy (SNTA) shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained during classes or on the premises of McAuliffe International School tennis courts.  The Undersigned assumes full responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur to self/child or property during participation, and does hereby fully and forever release and discharge the Denver Public Schools, SNTA, owners, instructors and employees from any action or cause of action present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting or arising out of class participation.

I, and my parent/guardian if under 18, understand the waiver and will sign a paper copy at preregistration or prior to participating in the program.
