SUMMER FUN! It's that time of year again! The O.K. Kids Summer Camp, located in the Ichabod Crane Primary School, is now accepting registrations!
When selecting the weeks your child(ren) will attend, please note that there is a $25.00 per week non-refundable deposit due to reserve your space in the program for each child. Payment is due upon registration either by check or PayPal (
paypal.me/OKKIDSINC )
The program is open from 7:15 - 5:45
Cost is $250.00 week (10% discount for siblings)
There is also a 10% discount when paying in full, for 6 weeks or more, by June 7th!
Weekly Camp Themes:
ZOO Fun - Week 1 (July 1 - July 5) * CLOSED on July 4th*
Spend a week learning all about zoo animals, making masks, playing zoo animal parachute games AND we'll tie-dye a shirt for our field trips!
Superheroes vs Villains - Week 2 (July 8 - 12)
Come prepared to create your own superhero and of course, a villain too! We'll work on comic strips this week and participate in our very own Superheroes vs. Villains Olympic games!
The Wild West - Week 3 (July 15 - 19)
This week we will do our own balloon cattle drive, pan for gems, learn a cowboy dance as well as making a tin can cowbell as well as a visit to the Stone House Farm!
Outdoor Explorers - Week 4 (July 22 - 26)
We'll be taking a nature walk on the school trails, doing a scavenger hunt, making baskets out of sticks as well as enjoying a a nice cruise on the Dutch Apple, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Hudson River!
Food Frenzy - Week 5 (July 29 - August 2 )
Where does our food come from? We'll find that out and try growing some of our own! We'll try our hand at making some no cook treats this week - trying some new foods and flavors! I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! There may be an ice cream party in our future!!
Medieval Times - Week 6 (August 5 - 9)
Playing "Thief" , catch the dragons tail and castle ball is a must for this week! We'll also make mini stained glass window art, a coat of arms and cool castle silhouettes!
Disney Palooza - Week 7 (August 12 - 16)
Ready for a Happily Ever After Dance Party?? Each day we'll focus on one area of the Disney Empire - Magic Kingdom, EPCOT (Land & Seas and World Showcase), Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Do you have pictures from a Disney trip? Bring them in to share! A trip to VIA Aquarium is in order this week - perhaps we'll find Nemo!
Movie Madness - Week 8 (August 19 - 22)
You guessed it, we're going to the movies this week! We'll also make some yummy popcorn pictures and other crafts
