Hello Preschool Teachers! We value this information from you each year as we build our classes of incoming Gurney Kindergarten students. It is very beneficial for us to have this information as it allows us to properly place your students and be prepared to meet them right where you have left off.

What follows are 3 general introduction questions, 18 questions about Social Skills, 5 questions about academics and a place for your additional comments at the end of each section. Please fill out 1 questionnaire per student.
