Use this form to submit the names of people who work in the fields of medicine, public safety, service, or other care-giving work, who are in need of additional protection, for their highest good. The list is updated each new moon, and remains posted throughout that moon until the next new moon. To place a person's name on the list again, you must re-submit it before the next new moon. Names submitted after the list is posted go onto the next moon's list.
