3. Initial feedback to accommodate: (a) have an announcement to set the tone at the start of the event, and (b) bookend hallway conversations around formalized 'on-stage' content. 

4. I'm looking at booking the same venue (free beverages!) and aiming for an evening in August. Will keep everyone posted via Eventbrite.
