Retreat Registration Form
A SILENT RETREAT EXPLANATION:

This type of retreat is really about listening rather than seclusion which is what many people associate with the word – silent.

There will be time to socialize and get to know the others that are attending at the beginning and at the end of the retreat.

Typically, silence begins with the first meditation based on St. Ignatius of Loyola's Spiritual Exercises on the first evening of the retreat. This is when the chatting with others stops – and listening with your soul begins. Valuable time for you to listen for the voice of God and what he is saying to you personally through the meditations, the environment, & the small meaningful whisper within.

There will be Mass, meditations and opportunities to reflect silently, journal, walk, & pray alone & with the retreat community; through prayers like the Stations of the Cross & the Rosary. There will be opportunities for Confession & Spiritual Direction. The focus for the weekend is on you and growing your relationship in a deeper way with the Trinity without the distractions of everyday life.
