--REGISTERED your child(ren) for RE class in My Own Church
--COMPLETED the online payment process

Complete all four steps by May 31 and we will guarantee your child's placement and section assignment. Fee: $200/child

Complete all four steps by August 1 and we will guarantee your child's placement but NOT a section assignment. After this date, children will be placed as space is available. Fee: $300/child

Please do not be worried by the number of sections in the form. Many are duplicate sections for families with multiple children and may be skipped if they do not apply.
