All pet portraits are completed to the best of Eliza Illustrate's artistic ability. Clearer reference photos lead to more detailed portraits! Fulfillment time may vary depending on the time of year and number of current commissions. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, and client must be paid in full before the order is shipped. A photo of your portrait will be sent to you for approval before it is shipped out. Refunds are not given once the work has begun.
