Do you measure ads where the ad content doesn’t occupy the entirety of the ad view (e.g. WebView)? If yes, what percentage of all ads you measure is in this configuration?

Do you rely on AdID to join OMID data across vendors for a given device? Do you use any other identifier to achieve this?
