Join us at our new storefront/bakery location (936C East Mission Road, Fallbrook) for an intimate 2 hour class from 5:00-7:00pm where you will learn all the tips and tricks to successfully bake macarons. At the end of the class, you will take home your macarons with the flavor of your choice (around 1.5 dozens) and a copy of our very own unique recipe to practice baking at home. You will also be offered a discount on any additional macaron or retail purchases made that day.

Open to the public--space is limited. There will be 3 baking stations per class with 2 people at each station. You and your partner will collectively choose the color of your batch, each with your own flavor. Our classes are open to all levels of bakers, no baking experience is required! All ages are welcome, but all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult. What to expect:

We will start the class with a brief explanation of the Italian macaron, its history, and the anatomy of the perfect macaron shell. We will begin the process with mixing dry ingredients, creating the perfect meringue, and finally working through the process of the ever-important "macaronage" folding technique to achieve the perfect batter consistency. 

There is a brief resting period in which the macarons will need to sit prior to baking. During this time, we will enjoy a beverage and light snack.

Once the macarons are baked and cooled, you will fill them with the filling of your choice from the provided list. Finally, you will box them to take home and share with your family and friends.
