What is not included

Overnight accommodations are not included with this registration however we have secured a discounted corporate rate of $139.95 + taxes per room per night for both the Candlewood Suites (includes full kitchen) and the Holiday Inn Express Kingston West (includes breakfast). Meals are not included with this registration fee. There is no restaurant at the venue, but there is a variety of local restaurants near by where you can eat out or order in. All outside food is welcome and there are tables to eat at in the hotel lobby. All rooms have a refrigerator and the Candlewood Suites are equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dish washer, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans.
