社區文化發展中心 (CCCD) 創立於2004年，是一個以實踐社區藝術及民眾文化的藝術組織。CCCD於2013年策劃了全港第一屆觸感藝術節，打破一般以視覺為主的藝術形式，讓大眾透過其他感官進行藝術創作及欣賞藝術。觸感藝術提供視障人士欣賞藝術和創作的機會，而健視人士與大眾亦能透過觸感藝術來了解視障人士的世界。今年，第八屆觸感藝術節將舉辦一連串工作坊、展覽、導賞團和座談會。我們期待大家的參與！

Centre for Community Cultural Development (CCCD) was founded in 2004, its goal and mission are to promote and practise cultural development. CCCD started the first Hong Kong Touch Art Festival in 2013. The festival welcomes the public to extend other senses in creating and appreciating art while crossing the mainstream art form based on visuals. Touch Art provides the opportunity for visually impaired people to appreciate art. At the same time, providing a platform for the public to know about the experiences of people with visual impairment. This year, the 8th Touch Art Festival includes a series of workshops, exhibitions, tours and sharing sessions. We look forward to your participation!
