Merchant application form for Pan Pagan 2024 at Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Normal, IL (201 Broadway, Normal, IL 61761-3200) on August 9-11, 2024.

Merchant application deadline is May 25, 2024 or once we reach capacity.

Once we reach capacity, we will be moving to a waitlist system, which is first-come-first-served.

Number of Booths *

Booth spaces are 8x8, merchants are allowed a maximum of two booths.
Please note - booth spaces do not come with tables or chairs, this is just the booth space itself.

1 Booth Space - 8x8 in size ($30)

2 Booth Spaces - 8x16 in size ($70)

Would you like to rent a table and chairs for your booth space? *

Tables and chairs are rented through the Council from the Hotel, and these are the Hotel's cost for renting them.

Yes, I'd like 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs ($25)

Yes, I'd like 2 6-foot tables and 4 chairs ($50) - Please note for this option you must be getting 2 booth spaces

No, I'll bring my own tables and chairs with the understanding that what I bring must fit within my booth space

Do you need electric at your booth? *

The Hotel is charging for each booth's electrical hookup so this is the Hotel's cost for electric.

What email address should we send the Paypal Invoice to? *

Upon acceptance as a merchant, coupled with the acceptance email, we will send an Paypal Invoice to you for your requested booth space fees, table rental and electric if applicable, and registration fee for the Contact Person.

I understand that I will need to be pre-registered to attend and vend at this event, and that registration is not included in the booth fees, table rental fees, or electric fee. I also understand that all those accompanying me, be they attending the event and/or helping me at my table, also need to be registered in order to be allowed into the convention space.
