If your business/organization would
like to participate in our festival, please complete and submit this form by Saturday,
June 22, 2024.
Each vending site will be 10’x10’.
Your entire display, including support equipment must be contained in your
site. We suggest having a tent for your vending site to avoid sun exposure.
Only one tent allowed per vending space. If more room is needed, additional
vending sites will have to be purchased. Funds
must be received in order to complete the application process.
Set-Up: The church will be available for
setting up at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 29th. The Festival begins at 12:00 pm.
When you arrive, please see Saleena for your site location. When you have your
site, please unload your equipment and park your vehicle in the designated
parking area.
Break-Down: The event concludes at 7:00 pm.
Please leave your site in the same condition that it was when you arrived.
Collect all trash and place it in sealed trash bags.
Weather: The Festival committee will
determine if the event will need to be postponed or cancelled due to extreme
weather conditions.
