Emily Natale (she/her), a licensed mental health
clinician (LMHC) and registered art therapist (ATR), is offering a
weekly support group for adults to reflect and practice letting go.
This group is designed for individual adults who experience anxiety. Watercolor has unique properties. In this group, we will explore watercolor as a vehicle to release what needs to be said goodbye to, to loosen our attempts at control, and experience the beauty of watching the process unfold.
Each session will start with a community
ritual and intention setting, followed by active art making time, and
written or verbal processing. The group will explore how playing with
color, gesture, and fluidity allows images to come from the inside-out.
One does not need to have artistic "skill" or "talent." Skill is often developed over time, creativity is inherent.
Emily is available to you if needing support in understanding the
basics of any material and/or general technical support.
