To receive a Project DAWN Narcan kit:
1.) Make sure you watch the Project DAWN training video or participate in a Project DAWN training
2.) Answer all survey questions
3.) Call 740-962-4572 ext. 202 to arrange a time to pick up a kit at Morgan County Health Department at 4572 N SR 376 NW, McConnelsville, OH 43756 (at your designated pick up time)
4.) Bring the completed Project DAWN Narcan Intake Form when you come to pick up Narcan kit (form is located on website at https://morganpublichealth.org/
