To be eligible and considered by the Nominations Committee, you must first complete this form by 11:59pm EST on March 1st, 2020. Then you must email a District Officer packet to ncd.counselors@gmail.com by 11:59pm EST on March 18th, 2020 (Application can be found in the TBSigma document section of our website, at kkytbsncd.org).
