Thank you for your interest in our event! Vendors are an important part of our festivals and we want this to be a successful day for everyone!  We had over 2,000 people at this event last year and hope to do the same in 2020!

We are seeking various vendors for this year's event including retail and non-alcoholic beverages. We are not seeking food vendors at this time.

Details:
IX Art Park, Charlottesville, VA, 1pm-5pm (VIP is Noon-1pm)
Fees: Vendor fee is $75.

Vendor fee includes one unlimited beer sampling ticket. Additional tasting tickets for vendor staff may be purchased for $25 each.

Complete online form and if accepted, you will be contacted to remit payment.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY January 10, 2020.

Once payment is received, confirmation will be emailed.

Setup at event may begin after 10am. Please be ready by 11:30AM. VIP guests enter at NOON, GA at 1pm. Festival ends at 5pm.

Vendors must supply own 10' x 10' tent and table. All vendors will be outside.

Electricity is available on an as-needed basis. Vendors must supply own extension cords AND cord covers.

Low noise generators are permitted.

We have limited space for this event and vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please do not forward this form to vendors who have not previously participated in a Know Good Beer event.
