Thank you for your interest in the Accelerated BS-MPH/MHA Program in the School of Public Health for the FY2020/21 School Year!

The Accelerated BS-MPH/MHA program allows highly motivated and passionate undergraduate students from any of our four BS degree programs (Family Science, Community Health, Kinesiology and Public Health Science) to double-count 12 credits of our MPH and MHA core course curriculum at the undergraduate level and enter any of our nine MPH concentrations (including the MHA degree). Accepted students will have the opportunity to complete undergraduate requirements as determined by their program and begin graduate coursework during their fourth year.

The first step in the application process is to fill out the required information below. When your form is completed, you will receive permission to be part of a "CANVAS Course" for the Accelerated Program where you will then upload all of your application materials.
