All 2022-2023 members - Complete and submit this form to receive a team shirt.

The Board voted to NOT have an mandatory in person mid-winter meeting this year. 
To receive the 2 bonus points in the event/activity of your choice, members must have sponsorship money turned in and current grade card uploaded to the membership portal by 3/1/2023.

Per OHSRA Ground Rule #4: High School & Jr High members must raise $250.00 for the OHSRA through sponsorship, fundraiser, or donation. Money is due by March 1st of the current rodeo season. If not received by March 1st, points for next entered rodeo will not count and member will not be eligible for year-end awards.
