Hi Kids Place Families, 

Welcome back to a new school year at The Kids Place! Here at The Kids Place we promote kindness above all. One of our main goals for this school year (2024-25) is to ensure we are creating a space where each child and family is included and feels as though they belong. 

This questionnaire will take approximately 10-15 minutes and your responses will remain confidential. Your answers will be used to identify areas of growth in our physical space, curriculum, materials, and teachings so that we can accommodate to individual backgrounds and needs of each child. This survey is also voluntary; if you prefer not to respond to a question, please type N/A.
