CHIL 2024 Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for CHIL! CHIL 2024 will take place in New York City on Thursday June 27th and Friday June 28th. We are recruiting volunteers to help facilitate the conference. The types of volunteer work include:

  • Registration desk check-in
  • Ushering / mic running
  • Poster session setup 
  • Note taker for research roundtables 

CHIL volunteers are eligible for 25% discounted registration. Expectations and commitment for volunteers include:

  • Commit to 4 hours of volunteering during the conference
  • Attend a 45-minute volunteer orientation scheduled in mid-June over Zoom to describe and assign roles.
