Brooklyn Arab Youth (BAY)
The Arab American Association of NY is a community-based, grassroots organization that has been serving the Bay Ridge community for over 20 years. Every season, we run youth organizing programs to give youth alternative political education and a space to organize with other young change-makers in our community.

Brooklyn Arab Youth (BAY) is a co-ed, community organizing group for high school students living or attending school in Brooklyn. Our programs are held in person and students are to attend group meetings and tasked with projects. You do not have to identify as Arab or Arab American to join.

BAY is led by AAANY's community organizers, Yafa Dias & Katy Giguere and focuses on social justice issues like racial justice, mental health access, gender inequality, & environmental justice. We run our programs seasonally and are currently recruiting for our Fall program.

To apply for BAY, please fill out the form below.  Parents, please do not fill out this application on behalf of your children, we ask that interested youth sign up themselves. Please contact katelyn@arabamericanny.org with any questions.
