Registration for PD Day Camps
Happening at the Sylvan House of Music in Sylvan Lake, AB on select days from January to June 2025

Each child needs a separate registration form but family payments can be made together.
Day camps are an average of $60 per day ($30 for each additional sibling) but pricing for multi day camps varies.  New Hours for all PD day camps! 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Book more than one day for Easter Break (April 22 - 25) and get a discount!

One Day - $60 ($30 for siblings)

Two Days (5% off) - $114 ($57 for siblings)

Three Days (10% off) - $162 ($81 for siblings)

Four Days (15% off) - $204 ($102 for siblings)

Upon completion of this form, please wait for the confirmation email from Free Spirits Creative Academy indicating the amount owed. Payments can be made by eTransfer to freespiritscreative@gmail.com Please check your spam folder!
