Class takes place on Mondays 12.10 - 12.55.

A few things to take care:

- The class is broadcasted via Zoom. Start your procedure to join the meeting room early enough.
If you don’t have the Zoom app on your device make sure to take the time to download it, it does not take long and does not require registration.

- Your space: prepare a space where you are undisturbed, with comfortable clothes (office clothes are good, just loosen them up a little), sitting in meditation posture or on a chair.
Streaming on your mobile phone with a headset is ideal.

- Costs: 10 to 30 CHF, you decide! I believe in mutual support, feel free to choose your rate according to your financial situation.
 
Once your payment has been received, you will receive the access link about 30 min before the class starts (check your spam folder).
