Application form Suzuki Summer Academy 2022



You can inscribe a more than one child via one application form.
You can inscribe for piano workshop as well as for Baby Music Panel.
In the beginning of May we will contact your host teachers to verify level of advancement of applicants. After 10'th of May 2022 all participants and their teachers will receive the scores of chamber music pieces which have to be prepared for SSA. Please note, that the individual parts for the chamber music piece must be prepared in advance so the participant will ready to rehearse with its music partner.(!!!!)

There is a possibility to purchase an extra individual piano lessons (max 3 extra lessons per person). Duration of all of the individual lessons is  - I & II Book - 30 min., III-VII - 45 min. It will not be possible to apply for extra lesson after arrival in SSA (you have to book it via this application form). Conferences for parents are free of charge. All concerts, lessons and activities are open for public and free of charge as well.
 
Families will be located together in a hotel rooms. There are 1,2 and 3 person rooms.
Children up to 3 y.o. who are sleeping together with their parents in one bed will not be charged for accommodation.
Children up to 3 y.o. are free of charge of meals.

7-days stay costs:
whole day meals : 175 Euro
accommodation : 130 Euro
Children 4-8 years old may order half portion of meal : 90 Euro

Participants of SSA under age of 12 are obliged to come with an adult guardian. Participants above the age of 12 and accomplished Suzuki Book vol. 2 may participate in the workshop without a parent/guardian and would be under care of an official camp tutor.



The Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music offers a free parking space and wi-fi. You can rent a bike on cite for free. In rooms are tovels and bed linen.
