Yearbooks cost $20 each.

After you fill out this order request, please send payment for the total amount to the following address:

Please be sure to include the name of the adult ordering the yearbook with the payment.

Yearbooks will be printed and available in June. You will be contacted to arrange pick-up at that time.

Some extra yearbooks will be ordered and made available for sale in June; however, if you want to guarantee a yearbook for yourself/your child, please reserve one by completing this form and by sending in payment by MAY 22nd.
