Please note this is the only application form available for Individual performing arts lessons.  


Once your son has been placed for individual performing arts lessons, the following terms and conditions will be applicable and accepted on submission of this form.  


The following performing arts lessons are available at St Peter's:  Drama, Dance, Piano, Classical Guitar, Contemporary Guitar, Banjo, Ukulele, Trumpet, Trombone, Violin, Cello, Voice, Percussion and Drum Kit.


The fee per 30 minute lesson is R240. All fees for performance arts lessons must be paid directly to your son's  teacher.  Any lesson/s missed by a pupil without 24 hours notice, will be charged to your account.  Theory lessons will be given during your son's instrumental lesson. A theory book will be ordered accordingly and charged to your school account.

Preference of lesson times will be given to boys who are currently enrolled for performing arts lessons.


To discontinue lessons a full calendar months notice must be given in writing, to the performing arts teacher.


By submitting this form I agree, that any required books/instruments/backtracks/sheet-music/music downloads for these lessons will be charged to my school account.


It is assumed by undertaking performing arts lessons, parents and pupils understand the need for regular practice in order to achieve results in their respective performing arts lessons.
