$50 per space with a 6 foot table provided
*LIMIT OF 40 TABLES. Additional space beyond the rented table(s) will incur a fee of $10/foot. Multiple tables may be paid for and put together if you require additional space.
Checks are payable to "Church of the Holy Trinity" with "Holiday Fair crafter/vendor" on the memo line. We also accept money orders, cash, and Paypal. NOTE: A $3 convenience fee is added for PayPal payments bringing the cost to $53 per table. paypal.me/ChurchHolyTrinity.
To help keep our registration fees low, we are asking each crafter/vendor to donate an item or a gift certificate for their business to our Silent Auction (our largest annual fundraiser for community outreach). The donation should be dropped off at the church office either at the time of registration or by no later than noon on Friday, November 17th. Registration is not confirmed until we have received your Silent Auction item.
