Your emergency contact must be available to care for your animal in your absence. Your emergency contact must be aware that they have had their details submitted to us for this purpose and be able to collect your pet when you cant. We will contact your emergency contact in the event of an emergency be it evacuation due to fire/similar, or your pets displayed behaviours which meant they could no longer remain in our care. These behaviours can be, but not limited to, aggression, separation anxiety, scent marking, toileting inside, guarding or destructive behaviour.

When collecting and/or dropping off your dog please follow our 1 way system, our 5MPH speed limit & our following instructions:

1.) Park your car outside of day care and stay remaining in your car.
2.) Text/Call us om 07342984948 to say you're here
3.)Remain in your car, a member of staff will come out to you. Once they're at your car, you're then welcome to get out your car to get your dog out ( or K9 Playtime are happy to get the dog)

DO NOT knock on the door or enter.

Unless agreed otherwise, your dog will NOT be mixed with other households at nigh time. We separate dogs for night time unless from same household ( and we can also split same household up if required ) *
If your dog is crate trained please agree to your dog sleeping in a crate overnight if this is where you wish them to sleep at night.
I understand that during week days my dog will be attending doggy day care which is held at a separate premise.  *

On weekends, We go for walks which could involve rocky terrain, water, steep hills etc.. please write what surfaces your dogs are allowed to be walked on and if they're allowed in water *

I understand that for whatever reason deemed necessary by K9 Playtime ( emergency ,  attack , death or otherwise) My dog must be collected by my emergency contact or another business ( kennel, home boarding etc) will be contacted to take my dog until I am able to collect.
K9 Playtime are not responsible for any additional payments required to cover the cost of an alternative provider.

Terms & Conditions ( For Home Boarding & Day Care )
 ( Please note - your dog will go into Day Care on week days so will be expected to follow all the same rules!)

1.) This form has been completed honestly, to the best of your knowledge. It is your responsibility to update K9 PLAYTIME with any changes about your pets health, behaviour or anything else this form asks for, along with other information that is crucial to keeping your pet safe.

2.) You must not feed your dog after 1 hour of their arrival to K9 PLAYTIME. 

3.) Bitches in season can't come into day care / home boarding.
DAYCARE: If we notice your bitch in season you will be called and your dog will be placed into our isolation unit until you're able to collect. 
HOMEBOARDING: Your emergency contact will be expected to board your dog until you can collect.
Your bitch must stay at home for a minimum of 14 days or until their season has finished.
K9 Playtime can not be held responsible for any injuries or pregnancies that may occur should you send your dog into daycare/homeboarding in season. Dogs are monitored at all time and if we notice your dog is in season your dog will need to be collected immediately. 

4.)K9 PLAYTIME require either Payment for the month on the 1st of the month OR payment on the Sunday of what you've got booked in for the following week. 

5.) Although it isn't a cure, K9 PLAYTIME highly recommend your dog being vaccinated against kennel cough. Your dog must have 10-14 days off after their kennel cough jab as it is a live vaccine.

6.)20% non refundable, but transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
28 days before your booking your booking must be paid in full. 
 Less than 14 days notice of cancelling will result in the full amount of the booking not being refunded.

7.)K9 Playtime have the right to share photos or videos of the dogs on our social media platforms via our
website, Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook. If you wish your dogs to not be part of our social media,
K9 Playtime ask that you select NO on our media consent on this form

8.) The client must keep K9 Playtime up to date with any
allergy information. K9 Playtime does give treats to dogs that are allowed, so please specify above what treat types or brands are allowed.

9.)In the event of extreme weather which may have an adverse effect on the Client’s pet e.g. heat or
heavy snow, K9 Playtime shall in their sole discretion take whatever action they consider necessary,
including adjusting arrangements or not carrying out scheduled exercise until it is, in their opinion,
safe to do.

10.) K9 PLAYTME offer down time for the dogs multiple times a day. Dogs should sleep 16-20 hours a day and we think its important that the dogs are allowed to rest when they feel the need ( We have designated downtime hours too so your dog can learn to switch off) We have indoor kennels, crates, beds, sofa, raised beds etc to hopefully accommodate all dogs sleeping needs. Please let us know what your dog prefers.

11.) K9 Playtime reserves the right to cancel day care with as much notice as K9 Playtime can give.

12.) K9 Playtime reserves the right to permanently dismiss a client if K9 Playtime feel the need to do so.

13.) The Client agrees K9 Playtime is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged pet equipment. K9
Playtime will use best endeavours to make sure that items are treated respectfully and returned to
the Client where applicable.

14.)The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their pet is
continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The Client further
agrees to notify K9 Playtime immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions
their dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not
limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough, Parvovirus, Corona virus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas,
Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites and all other contagious diseases for pets
in general. K9 Playtime reserves the right to refuse until satisfied that the condition is resolved.

15.) If the Clients pet is taken sick or injured while under the care of K9 Playtime they will notify the
Client at the earliest convenience using whatever method is available to take instructions or guidance.
In the event of K9 Playtime not being able to contact the Client, or in an emergency situation, K9
Playtime shall seek out medical attention from a vet.
The Client is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their pet
receives while under the care of K9 Playtime, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out
charges. The Client authorises K9 Playtime to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they
deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the Client’s usual/preferred vet, but this
cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the Client accepts that K9 Playtime may at their
discretion to use any registered vet. The Client agrees to pay all such costs immediately.

16.)The Client agrees that, by signing the introduction form, K9 Playtime has relied on the Client’s
representation that their dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening
behaviour towards any person, livestock and pets.

K9 Playtime offers services including but not limited to day care, pet visits, pet taxi and equine
services. This is where dogs commingle in groups and the Client accepts that during the course of
normal dog play their dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but
scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.
K9 Playtime shall perform the services in an attentive, reliable and caring manner, using all reasonable
skill and care.

17.)The Client agrees to notify K9 Playtime immediately if their pet has any unwelcome changes of
behaviour which could lead to aggression and or injury to themselves or others. K9 Playtime reserves
the right to refuse any dog /pet deemed in their absolute discretion to be, or have the potential to
be, dangerous or disruptive.


18.)It shall be the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that K9 Playtime is fully aware of any health
issues that your pet is experiencing, or has suffered in the past. K9 Playtime cannot be held liable
for any actions or omissions which result in problems or complications for anything not disclosed.

19.)K9 Playtime will only let dogs off the lead if the box YES has been ticked - However, even if you select yes, it will remain at the discretion of K9 Playtime once they feel it is safe and appropriate to do so.

20.)The Client is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their dog while it is under
the care of K9 Playtime, or is using any other services provided by K9 Playtime, and agrees to
indemnify K9 Playtime in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.
K9 Playtime shall follow instructions given on the Registration Form but cannot be held liable for any
complications which may arise. 

21.)All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea
and worm control regime. In the event of a pet having a contagious illness or disease which has not
been disclosed, the Client may be liable for the costs of treatment given to other animals which
become infected.

22.) The Client accepts that even though there has been treatment against Kennel Cough
there is a chance that their dog can still contract Kennel Cough. The Client agrees that they will not
hold K9 Playtime responsible if their dog contracts Kennel Cough while with K9 Playtime.

23.)K9 Playtime will dispose of the Client’s pet(s) waste

24.) Dogs are to be dropped off after 18:30pm and collected before 09:00am UNLESS agreed to a different time schedule prior. 

25.) Your dog will be going into day care during weekdays

26.)The Client agrees to K9 Playtime for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any
expenses incurred for, without limitation, unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food or supplies
on proof of a valid receipt.

27.)The Client shall pay the K9 Playtime for all fees, expenses and charges incurred up to the date of
termination of this Agreement.

29.)Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay
or default in performing its obligations under this Agreement caused by conditions beyond its control
including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, fires, floods, governmental restrictions or
power failures. The Party (the “Affected Party”) prevented from carrying out its obligations shall
give notice to the other Party of an Event of Force Majeure upon it being foreseen by, or becoming
known to, the Affected Party.

30.)Each of the parties to this Agreement irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or to settle any
disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or its formation or validity and,
for these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

31.) You're responsible for any cost including parts, labour and any on going cost for any damage caused by your dog, be it at our day care or home boarding.
