An Actively Engaged Assumption Family refers to the Catholic family who has officially registered with Assumption Parish and demonstrates their involvement and support through Mass attendance, offertory, volunteerism of school and parish activities, and ministry participation.

For the 2024/2025 school year, we are asking every school family to document their participation since July 1, 2023 using the form below.

Please submit your responses by May 1, 2024. One entry per family, please.
