An Nisa's legal department assists clients with the following: drafting and reviewing legal documents, drafting demand letters, negotiating with opposing counsel and opposing parties, conducting settlements on behalf of clients, drafting settlement agreements, drafting and reviewing immigration documents, assisting clients with the court process.
