Vandervalk Farm & Winery                                Artisan Market / Festival Vendor Application
Welcome Vendors. This is the application for the 2023 Artisan Markets as well as the Blueberry and Cranberry Festivals to be held at Vandervalk Farm & Winery.  Artisan Markets will be held the last Sunday of the month from May-September.  The Blueberry Festival is scheduled for SATURDAY July 15th and the Cranberry Festival will be held on SATURDAY October 21st.  The time for all events is 12-4pm.  Set up begins at 10:30am and break down of booths is not until 4pm.  All events will be held rain or shine.  Each vendor will receive a 10' by 10' spot.  Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, etc.  The cost for the Artisan Market is $40 and the cost of the Festivals is $50.  These events are open to Artisans that make their own HANDMADE goods.  All applications will be processed on a rolling basis.  If approved, you will be required to pay the electronic invoice to reserve your space.

By submitting an application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that they shall obtain all licenses and permits necessary to selling their products at Vandervalk Farm & Winery.  While not required, it is recommended that the vendors carry their own insurance.  Vendors participating in the 2023 Artisan Market, Blueberry Festival, and/or Cranberry Festival will not receive any coverage from Vandervalk Farm & Winery.  Any vendor participating at the event without the proper insurance does so at their own risk.   *
