London Fashion Week - Physical Event Listing - June 2022

Please complete the form below to list a physical event on the Official London Fashion Week events schedule.

All external events must start at least half an hour after the final main schedule activation of the day. Your event can take whatever format you wish and is your responsibility to organise your own venue, production, and guest list.

As part of the listing fee and subject to approval & marketing deadlines, you will receive the following benefits:
• Inclusion in the Official LFW Events Schedule online and in print
• The option to include an RSVP email address on the schedule listing
• Usage of the London Fashion Week logo for your individual invitation only, subject to BFC approval
o Please note the LFW logo cannot be used for printed materials, digital marketing or ticket sales
o Improper or unapproved use of the LFW logo will result in your event being removed from the LFW events schedule

For the avoidance of doubt, all logo usage must be signed off by BFC in advance. Please allow 3 working days for approval.

Please note that all event listing requests are subject to internal review before publishing.

London Fashion Week Event Title Formatting Do’s and Don’ts:

1. When writing a season, please use one of the two below example formats. Either write out the full season word with capital letters at the start, followed by the full four-digit year, or abbreviated versions with no spaces or slashes e.g.:
• Spring/Summer 2022 - SS22
• Autumn/Winter 2022 – AW22
• Pre-Fall 2022 – PF22
• Resort 2022 – RS22
• Pre-Spring 2022 – PS22

2. Include your brand name within the event title, ideally near the beginning

3. Use title case when referencing the event e.g. London Fashion Week
Incorrect formatting examples:
• london fashion week
• LONDON FASHION WEEK

4. Please refrain from using symbols, with the exception of punctuation marks

5. Character limit 70 max
